Summer Programs Lifeguards

Seeking seasonal employment for Friends' Central Summer Programs which facilitates a summer camp experience for campers ages 7-12 at our Trailblazer Camp in Wynnewood, PA. Camp runs from June 26 to August 11 from 8:45 am to 2:45 pm. Lifeguards starting salary ranges from $15 - $25 per hour.

Essential Job Functions

To help support the mission of FCS Summer Programs through the planning and delivery of activities, specifically instructional swim and free swim at the pool. The swim program is to be safe, fun, and appropriate to campers ages and abilities.

• Implement and supervise a safe and fun aquatics program

• Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities, planning and leading those as assigned

• Ability to work with children

• Collaborate and work with other swim and camp staff

Qualifications 

Must be certified to swim by June 15
