We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day oversight of key operational areas of a technology-enabled consumer finance operation, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.  You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. In this role you will develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.  To be successful in this role you must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.  The area of responsibility for this role vary widely and thus requires a thorough knowledge of various company processes.


  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Implements processes and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and efficiency of the operations teams.  
  • Directly responsible for the Quality, Cash Management, Settlements and Statement Processing teams.
  •  Works closely and collaborates with department leads in Data Management, Patient Advocate Center, Quality Assurance and Reporting
  • Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives. 
  • Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Works with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyzes current operational processes and recommends solutions for improvement when necessary.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Plans, monitors, and analyzes key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Devise’s strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Upholds the organization’s policies and standards and ensures legislative regulations are followed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field
  • 10+ Years Relevant Management and Industry Experience
  • LEAN Six-Sigma or equivalent training, certification and experience applied in the finance operations domain.
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
  • Experience in complex operational environments.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
