SUMMARY

Operates a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties.

Compensation will be $18 - $21 Hourly. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Follow up on incoming leads from 3rd Party Providers, Websites, and other sources quickly and counsel customer on moving needs and convert to an appointment with sales team as needed through phone, email, and text messaging.

  • Provide pre appointment instructions and generate appointment reminders.

  • Entering new customer information into corporate database as needed.

  • Providing customers with sales literature, website information, moving suggestions, etc.

  • Support sales management with reporting and other responsibilities as needed.

  • Regularly updating the sales manager with requested data, such as new business development results, appointment numbers, etc.

  • Attending and participating in regular sales meetings.

  • Applying feedback from management and coworkers on proper lead setting.

  • Opportunity to learn how to perform virtual surveys and estimate moves for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office word processing software, as well as Cisco phone systems.
