We are looking to hire an experienced motivated Patient Account Representative to help us keep growing.

Responsibilities

Throughout the day, you will successfully perform the following:

  • Activate new payment plans
  • Add charges to existing payment plans
  • Set up onetime and recurring monthly payments
  • Answer questions concerning payments, problem solve to find ways to help patients stay current with their payments
  • Follow up on past due accounts
  • Walk patients through our online portal and explain how to use it, and trouble shoot any technical issues

 

 

Qualifications
  • Passionate about helping the patient
  • Experience in medical billing
  • Proficient in computer software and technology
  • Good with Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for long hours every day
