Position Overview:

The Director of Partner Success will develop, service, and grow relationships with our channel partners. This role includes developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners and training and developing their sales team.  Ultimately the Director of Partner Success is responsible for increasing sales from our channel partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales quota:  this role's success is directly tied to partner sales.  Responsible for exceeding sales goals by working with our channel partners and the AccessOne Business Development team.
  • Manage relationships with AccessOne partners:  actively participate in the support of existing channel partner programs. Demonstrate extreme focus on the effectiveness of the programs and the contribution to pipeline growth and partner sales.   Lead onboarding of any new channel partners.
  • Messaging & positioning: develop product insights including functionality, channel partner integration, and how our solutions solve the underserved needs of our buyers. Enable these insights to inform partner-specific messaging and positioning.
  • Partner training: design and deploy high-value training materials and programs to allow partners to scale quickly in product knowledge and value creation. Implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility. Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Contracts:  own and facilitate any contracting needs between AccessOne and the partner.
  • Product launches: cross-functionally support product launches for new solutions and enhancements
  • Monitor sales and operational results based on KPI's
  • Support Business Development team:  specific help on deals with channel partner clients may need support with contracting, RFP’s, and proposals.
  • Represent AccessOne at trade shows where our partners attend
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in finance, economics, marketing, or another relevant field
  • Experience in channel manager role in healthcare technology or services
    • Healthcare revenue cycle is optimal
  • Ability to develop and improve B2B relationships
  • Passionate about managing and servicing customers
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Basic skills in using spreadsheets, project management, and presentation software to analyze/present data and support optimization initiatives (Microsoft Office: PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication abilities: oral, written and presentation
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate others
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
