Via Seating is hiring for a Value Stream Second to join our team in Sparks, NV!!
The Value Stream Second is responsible for supporting the Value Stream Supervisor in the direction of a team of 8 – 30 individuals in the production of world-class seating. They also assist in increasing the ratio of value to non-value activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish, for a defined product family. They are responsible for ensuring the value stream under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements.
All Positions are Day Shifts from 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday with Overtime on Fridays as needed.
Rate of Pay Starts at $22.50 - 24.00/hour, DOE!
