POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the delivery of high-quality WOW customer service, efficient operations, managing sales focusing on expanding relationships and developing new business/ This includes the professional development of all employees to include proper hiring, training, and coaching of all employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Ability to multitask and prioritize job responsibilities as required while maintaining organization.

Promotes the bank’s sales and service culture to their team through training, coaching, and by example.

Completes monthly certifications to ensure compliance with current 1st Security Bank policies and procedures.

Achieves an annual operational audit score of “Satisfactory.”

Ensures excellent customers service skills are practices by all team members.

Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers.

Takes the lead on business development, maintains a business pipeline, is a participant in the community to network and expands opportunities to grow deposits and the overall business at the branch.

Oversees administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office including product sales, lending, customer services, operations and security, and safety.

Maximizes income and minimizes expense through ongoing improvements of branch procedures and practices.

Performs Personal Banker functions/duties, including opening new accounts for businesses and households.

Researching and problem-solving customer issues or complaints
-
Adheres to 1st Security Bank policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner and represent the bank with a high level of integrity.

Performs other duties as assigned.
