Eagle Construction of VA, LLC is currently seeking a passionate, committed person to fill a full-time exempt Project Coordinator position in our Land Development Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Land Development, Land Planning teams and other departments to facilitate efforts in coordination of land development and production activities for new and existing projects by maintaining an organized platform which provides access to other company departments to current information, timelines, and schedules.
• Manage subdivision plat process by coordinating with counties and internal stake holders.
• Complete all forms and applications for land development activities.
• Obtain and track bonds required through the land development and home building process including timely reduction and release of bonds.
• Manage dry utility agreements, contracts and easements.
• Prepare and manage community summaries for all developments.
• Maintain accurate and complete project files.
• Coordinate new comminute mailboxes.
• Process department invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Manage off-site jurisdictional easements, deeds, official documents.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports.
• Other duties as assigned by department head.
