Description: Coordinate all Lobby Area activity, greet visitors, direct incoming phone calls, communicates emergencies internally and externally, operates hospital paging system, coordinates activity for the patient safe, coordinates and assigns transportation for patients, data entry for insurance discharge documents and other logs maintained by Receptionists, coordinate all projects assigned to Receptionists. Serves as a back up for Admissions and Ambulatory Programs.

Evenings - Monday through Friday 3pm - 8pm; Weekends - Saturday and Sundays 8AM - 8PM; Per diem as needed to cover vacant shifts
Qualifications: High School diploma with previous experience working in behavioral health environment. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required. Candidate should be proficient operating switchboard and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
