About the role
As one of our special Moneypenny Receptionists, you’ll undergo comprehensive training that will give you all of the skills you need to become a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine.
You’ll be representing Moneypenny to a portfolio of clients, as well as representing those clients too – impressing their callers by putting your amazing customer service and relationship building skills to good use! Working as part of a fast-paced and growing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
- Entering caller information into our system in an accurate and timely manner
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients at all times
