In addition to supporting customers in the field, youll also provide them with support through phone, email and virtual meetings. And, in our brand new factory you will assist our test and repair departments to ensure Enercon quality standards are achieved. Professional interaction with the customer related to Enercon Industries.

Perform start-up assistance at customer sites. Ensure Enercon guidelines are followed during installation and communicate deficiencies found and the corrective action required.

Provide machine specific technical support via phone, email, and text when not traveling for Enercon service to both internal and external customers.

Domestic and international travel regularly: Approximately 50% of the time, at late notice.

Ability to utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, current probes, and demonstrates a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics and diagrams.

Provide training to new Enercon staff within the test/repair/service departments, and serves as technical resource for members of the sales department and lab technicians.

Willingness and ability to perform duties after-hours, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.

Provide production floor support on a rotational schedule in testing Enercon machines after assembly to assure they meet our standards before shipping.

Basic knowledge of equipment used for production and general manufacturing, and has the ability to work safely with and around high voltage and high power equipment.

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and upgrades in the Test/Repair department and laboratories to maximize efficiency and minimize issues.

The responsibilities require either:

  • a Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering and 0-3 years of relatable experience, or
  • an Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.S.) in Electro-mechanical technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or Manufacturing Engineering technology and 0-3 years of relatable experience.
