OneEighty is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people. We provide comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavioral health services, and operate multiple care facilities throughout our community. Were still growing, integrating with primary care services and increasing access to care for all those who need it.

We are seeking to hire a full-time counselor or social worker to address the mental health and substance use disorder needs of residents in the Domestic Violence Shelter and survivors of other traumas such as sexual violence and stalking.  This counselor would provide counseling services at the shelter and in the outpatient office.  Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree or PhD in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology. Licensed in Ohio, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW. Knowledge of substance abuse and addiction treatment preferred. Knowledge of the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault, experience working with victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault highly preferred.

Ability to use a computer, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Electronic Health Record. Ability to work independently and manage crises. Ability to meet productivity requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds. May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty. If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety. Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows you to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty's vehicle insurance. Local travel may be required. Must be certified or able to attain certification in CPR and First Aid.
