Home Care Pulse is growing quickly and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our research team. Our Satisfaction Research Associates perform interviews over the phone with home care recipients and their loved ones across the country. These are not cold calls, nor are they sales calls. The interviewees are expecting your call and you have the chance to make a profound difference in their quality of life by gathering their feedback, which is directly reported to their home care provider. What we're doing is important and changing the lives of thousands of individuals who receive home care, so we are determined to get it right and that starts with the people we hire. We pay more than many jobs in the area because we expect more.
We allow flexible full-time and part-time schedules because we want you to have the freedom to pursue your education, spend time with your family & friends, and still pay your bills. Many of our Research Associates and Interns have become foundational members of our management team, but most importantly we want all of our Satisfaction Research Associates to enjoy their time here and leave feeling like they've been part of something great.
