Home Care Pulse is growing quickly and we’re looking to add talented and dedicated people to our customer satisfaction team in Rexburg, Idaho. The purpose of HCP is to learn how care providers can take better care of their clients and improve their work environment. Our goal is to make a profound difference in their quality of life by gathering their feedback, which is directly reported to their home care provider. We know that call center jobs—and part-time jobs in general—can be tough, and we’ve worked hard to make sure that this is the best call center job you’ll ever find!
What will you'll be doing
- Our Customer Satisfaction Representatives perform surveys over the phone with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers across the country.
- Accurately typing their responses that are then passed on to their home care provider, who use it to improve the care of the individuals and the jobs of their employees.

We are located in Rexburg, Idaho, however, we are also hiring from the following states: Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Utah.
