Job Purpose:

All Saints’ Episcopal School seeks an organized, and collaborative professional who is passionate about the All Saints’ mission and Independent School Admission. The Admission Associate will join a dynamic and fast-paced, and collegial team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, excitement about developing and implementing processes, an exceptional attention to detail and passion for learning about All Saints’ and articulating our unique mission to prospective families. Efficiency, timeliness, and good humor are essential elements of this position.  

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30 PM

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the admission team and prospective families through the admission process 

  • Supports robust admissions funnel  

  • Regularly communicates with prospective families on admission process 

  • Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective families, gathering information to guide recruitment efforts and assign as needed 

  • Participate in the recruitment and cultivation of prospective families to ensure the continued growth of the admission pipeline 

  • Initiate outreach to broaden the enrollment funnel 

  • Administer student testing as needed 

  • Lead student and parent tours 

  • Assist with the coordination of student visits 

  • Develop systems and enhance efforts to convert inquiries to enrollment 

  • Recruit, train and manage student ambassador program 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree

  • Command of Microsoft Office and Google is a must 

  • Commitment to All Saints’ Mission 

  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude 

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong command of time management 

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, excellent multi-tasking skills, and adaptability even under occasional pressure and ongoing deadlines 

  • Excellent communication skills in writing and in person 

  • A welcoming attitude and warm interpersonal skills 

  • Discretion and sensitivity when dealing with students, families, and campus constituents 

  • Strong organization and project management skills 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Blackbaud, SSS, Finalsite, and related resources is a plus

 

Physical Qualifications:

  • Remain in a stationary position  70% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to move about on campus to give tours to potential students and parents 
  • Wrist and hand movement related to computer work
