Role Overview
The Team Member is the key service provider or production specialist and is responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through positive engagement and interaction, consistent order accuracy, and quality product in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service:
- Ensures 100% satisfaction for all LJS guests
- Greet and positively engage guests
- Accurately accept the guests orders and process payment
- Prepares every order exactly as guest requested, with the highest quality product, as quickly as possible
- Solves customer concerns immediate utilizing BAM! and ensures they leave happy and satisfied
- Keeps service area stocked, dining room tables and floor clean, and cleans and restocks restrooms
People/Culture:
- Arrives on shift with a positive attitude and contributes to the success of the restaurant
- Treats all guests and Team Members with respect
- Accountable for positive engagement at every guest encounter
Product:
- Ensures all ingredients and food products are stored, handled, prepared, and presented with the greatest care and concern for guest satisfaction and food safety
- Consistently follows preparation procedures and cooking methods to produce high quality products to including the shortening management
- Provides, to every guest, a come-back quality service and taste experience
Place:
- Maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable work are for guests and Team Members
- Clean as you go mentality Ensure the restaurants interior and exterior, including furnishings and equipment, are clean and in excellent working condition at all times
- Provides an environment that encourages guests to return
