POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs and materials. Will perform these duties in alignment with regulatory requirements, bank policies and procedure and 1st Security Bank’s core values. This position will provide support to the Training Manager and departments in the areas of training, online training administration and review of training materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Partners with the Training Manager to create training programs and establish training standards for new employees, as well as, ongoing training support for employees bank-wide.
- Instructs in-person and virtual trainings for all business lines bank-wide.
- Facilitates classroom and/or virtual trainings for new hire training orientation and on-boarding.
- Provides follow up communication to Managers on-boarding new employees to identify additional training needs and development.
- Design and creates training materials and guides
- Research and markets available external and internal training resources to employees and provide necessary information.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and completes tasks/projects in accordance with deadlines.
- Back-up support with administrative duties for the Training Department.
- Administers the department’s online training platform (BVS Performance Solutions).
- Ability to learn new software systems, applications, or programs as needed.
- Supports bank-wide and/or business line training initiatives and projects.
- Represents the Training Department and Bank with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adheres to 1st Security Bank’s policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
