Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position will be located in Eugene, Oregon.
The Fall Creek CFO is responsible for providing practical leadership to the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Information Systems, and Legal Departments. The CFO is also responsible for establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies for the company.
What you will do at Fall Creek:
- As part of the Executive Management team, build & maintain trusted relationships with all members of the Fall Creek executive team
- Provide strategic leadership and insights that enable the company to maximize resources and optimize performance
- Ensure regulatory and industry standard compliance within areas of responsibility and is accountable for all fiscal duties of the organization
- Provide an unbiased view of the value chain as they actively partner with key leaders to identify and leverage business drivers
- Serve as a key business partner in implementing the company’s business and financial strategies
- Take initiative to understand the company’s businesses, key drivers, markets, competitors, and products
What you bring to Fall Creek:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an executive position, and experience developing profitable strategies and implementing vision in both Finance and Information Technology departments
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- CPA is preferred
