JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Looking for an opportunity to join a fast-growing team within an e-commerce environment? Retail Bloom is hiring an Advertising Manager to own and drive our advertising strategy that will be implemented for all of our clients across third party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

 

  • Work with Executive Leadership to define overall client advertising strategy
  • Develop advertising training and SOP's for all existing ad units/types via current channels (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) + prioritize additional channels opportunities
  • Drive implementation of ad strategy and tactics through Client Services
  • Audit campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Own and Manage our PPC tech stack relationships
  • Any other tasks, projects or duties that may be assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

 

 

  • 2+ years directly working with Amazon Paid Search campaigns required, 4+ years preferred
  • Track record of success in managing campaigns and growing brands sales on Amazon required
  • Working knowledge of all Amazon ad types required
  • Experience with Walmart and/or eBay advertising preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in an agency environment preferred
  • High degree of familiarity with Amazon tools such as Amazon Advertising portal, Vendor and Seller Central, as well as third party advertising platform management tools such as PacVue, Kenshoo, Teikametrics, or others
  • Proficiency at making quick decisions in a fluid environment and learning from mistakes
  • Willingness to do the hard things first, even when you don't feel like it
  • An accountability mindset, taking ownership for your own performance and willing to hold others accountable for theirs
  • Open and direct communication skills that can be leveraged across all levels of the organization
  • Problem solving skills
  • A penchant for breaking down big issues into the steps required to address them
  • Consistency in looking for opportunities to learn and evolve
  • The ability to have fun while getting the job done
