The Restaurant Manager builds and supervises a team that achieves Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.

The Manager receives direction and training from the Owner and/or Area Supervisor. During each shift, the Manager motivates, directs and coaches colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations, and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, according to Little Caesars procedures.

The Manager is responsible for supervising all colleagues including those under the age of 18 years old. The Manager will ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs of customers and will work diligently to ensure each customer is satisfied with the service and products they receive.

The Manager supports the Owner and/or Area Supervisor and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs by using all cost-control tools and processes. The Manager also trouble shoots operational problems and finds acceptable solutions.

He/She/They will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant.

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong P&L management experience
  • The marketing skills needed to grow daily sales volume
  • The ability to work various shifts, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Excited to work an energetic 55 hour workweek
  • Someone able to maintain a friendly and FUN work place for all to enjoy
  • Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation
  • High school diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors Degree in a hospitality related field preferred
  • Have a valid driver's license
