Dishwasher

The main job of the dishwasher will be to clean dishes utilizing a 4 compartment sink and have them be available at all times for the prep cook and line cooks as well as the rest of the crew to utilize. This crew member will also need to be familiar with safe food handling procedures as they will be assisting the prep cook in creating hot and cold ingredients from time to time. This position requires the ability to stay standing on your feet for long periods of time. Training will be offered on the job for this position.
