The Sinas Dramis Law Firm is seeking an Intake Attorney to conduct initial intakes with individuals seeking legal representation. The intake role is one of the most important positions in our law firm, and it requires a person who loves talking with people and has a strong desire to help while maintaining a professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven and enthusiastic attorney, who shares our vision, passion, and dedication to providing injured people with excellent and compassionate customer service.  The ideal candidate will be well-versed in personal injury law and the Michigan Auto No-Fault Law.  

Responsibilities

• Collect details regarding facts, injuries, damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine the veracity of a potential case.
• Enter all details and information into appropriate forms and systems and follow all intake procedures and processes.
• Work as part of a team to determine case assignments and referrals

• Juris Doctorate
• Excellent interpersonal skills – must be empathetic and sympathetic over the telephone to all callers.
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient on a computer, internet, required software, and email
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented work environment
• Professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in new software and technologies
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
