THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN! The QA Analyst will work in a highly collaborative product-driven Agile/Kanban development environment to help deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.


YOU WILL

  • Write and execute manual test plans for individual development items and for regression tests.
  • Evaluate the quality of development items both for maintenance of existing products and the creation of new, large-scale initiatives.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and design to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal, and to aid wherever is needed.
  • Be involved with the implementation of new client setups.
  • Continue to learn new technologies and techniques to help make sure that both you and the organization are operating efficiently.
  • Triage support requests and bug reports from our Client Services team, including writing detailed acceptance criteria for developers.

 

Qualifications

THE ESSENTIALS

  • 2+ years’ experience in a QA role (primarily manual, automation is a plus).
  • Ability to write high quality test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with relational DB’s and SQL.
  • Experience with MS Azure and/or Active Directory is desirable.
  • A high capacity for analytical and critical thought.
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and communications skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills (particularly teamwork and selflessness).
  • Desire to continue professional learning.
