Description

The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of our Front Office Staff. They are the eyes & ears of the club making sure all members, players and staff are getting the quality assistance they need. At SoCal Volleyball Club, we pride ourselves on our 'be kind' motto and our welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about all our programming. The CSR is stationed at the entrance to the gym and is responsible for getting all players checked into their training. During training sessions CSR's are expected to be cleaning, answering phones and selling products in the store (when needed). An active person interested in fitness is preferred.
