Role Player Actor

Summary: The RPA (Role Player) will support training delivery at the CDP(Center for Domestic Preparedness) portraying victims, protestors, casualties; potentially wearing makeup and clothing to simulate casualties/injuries during training scenarios. Primary Responsibilities: Reports to the Leidos Role Player Team Lead. Read and understand ERUdynes Work Standard document. RPA will be familiar with the scenario and objectives of the exercise and will review any relevant background information and resources. RPA will act out their role in the scenario in a realistic and convincing manner, while maintaining the safety of all participants. RPA will provide constructive feedback to participants on their performance, based on the objectives of the exercise. RPA will adhere to safety protocols and procedure and report any safety concerns to their RPA lead or facilitators. Support training delivery as explained in the summary. Occasional support to other departments to include Logistics by assisting in the maintenance and repair of training equipment, transporting, and setting up training equipment and performing warehousing, packing, and shipping duties. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Basic computer skills required. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during training exercises. Ability to lift, turn, and carry material (up to 60 pounds). Possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Works effectively with a team and is respectful of colleagues. Adheres to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines. Accepts constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment. Due to Federal Contract Regulations, U.S. citizenship required. All applicants must have the accepted form of government issued ID compliant with the Real ID Act.
