Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a Full-Time Primary Care Physician. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Full-time physicians work four 10-hour shifts per week (not weekends). Our Primary Care Clinic averages 18,000 patient visits per year. The position is for all outpatient, non-obstetrical, full-time primary care including women’s care. PSMC will provide professional liability insurance coverage, a relocation stipend of $10,000 payable after relocation and two weeks after starting work, and a CME allowance of $6,000 annually (gross and subject to taxes) for full-time physicians. Full-time physicians receive 260 hours of paid time off per year. Compensation range for full-time Family Medicine physician: $190,000 to $235,000. Compensation range for full-time Internal Medicine physician: $200,000 to $250,000.
