Home Care Pulse is growing quickly, and we are looking to add talented and dedicated people to our team. The Data and Reporting Manager role is designed to help our Satisfaction Research Center (SRC-- call center) to manage the many calling campaigns we run in our phone-dialing system (VICI). You will also be finding and analyzing call data.  

As a member of our SRC management team, you will be taught how to use and manage VICI, which is the phone system that controls our outbound and inbound calling. You will also need to be able to find, organize, and analyze data from this system to ensure we are calling efficiently and effectively.  

The ideal candidate must have advanced knowledge of how to use Excel and be able to efficiently present data found. The ideal candidate for the Data and Reporting Manager must also be:

  • Manage and update our Microsoft Office SharePoint pages as needed 

  • Run weekly and monthly reports for call quality, survey counts, Incentive trackers, Spanish call data, Bonus tracker, etc. 

  • Find specific calls in the system and send to our clients as needed 

  • Manually load calls once a month for specific clients to be called 

  • Conduct reviews with call center employees.  

  • Resolve all system and computer equipment issues, basic testing, etc. before sending major issues to our I.T. team 

  • Some SQL knowledge will help you in this role 


Required Qualifications  

  • Must have a good understanding and confidence in how to use Excel, write Excel formulas, use pivot tables, troubleshoot current data and formulas written, and compile data efficiently  

  • General knowledge of computers and how to troubleshoot general system issues 

  • Must have exemplary written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: 

  • Computers/software 

  • Windows OS 

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Forms, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Google Chrome 

  • Some SQL knowledge.
