POSITION SUMMARY

AESSEAL is in search of a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Reliability Engineer in our Business Development Group. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in data analytics and will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. This role involves utilizing data analysis to inform decision-making processes. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales and growth associated with major business development projects. The Reliability Engineer will provide input and support the execution of the corporate strategic plan and its existing sales and marketing plans. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Knoxville within a reasonable amount of time after acceptance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and develop high-level customer contacts and relationships.
  • Networks across the customer base of AESSEAL at middle and senior management levels to drive projects and contracts.
  • Networks across and influences the AESSEAL teams (teams will deliver the service to the customer).
  • Coordinate and Conduct plant Sustainability and Reliability audits at customer sites
  • Comfortable with clients at the Executive Management level.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
  • Generate clear and concise reports summarizing analytical findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Strong focus on creating and communicating value propositions.
  • Ability to focus on important issues from a client's needs.
  • Activities include research and targeting, initial pitch / "opening the door", developing relationships to generate a pipeline of opportunities, targeted follow-up, data analytics, competitive crossover and implementation overview.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • BS./ BA., Bachelor of Engineering preferred, not required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in business development, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
