Mrs. E’s: As the largest residential dining location on campus, Ekdahl Dining Hall (Mrs. E’s) is a bustling food court with an All You Care to Eat concept, including a salad bar, customizable pizzas, an allergen free zone, and more. South Dining Commons: Located in Cora Downs Hall, South Dining Commons is one of three Residential Dining Halls on campus. Designed with busy schedules in mind, South Dining includes six-plus serving stations featuring wraps, sandwiches, burgers and more, while also remaining open late for customer convenience.
