Oak Hall School is seeking a Registrar, who will be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and management of academic records and related information systems. The Registrar will be responsible for maintaining current and historical student records, managing data verification forms and the annual student scheduling process, and will generate and distribute records, schedules, and transcripts. Working collaboratively and collegially with faculty, staff, and the administrative team, the Registrar will serve as the schools student information system (SIS: Rediker) administrator, and a central contact for the Schools database and records management.


Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced database administrators who enjoy working collaboratively in a student-centered environment are highly encouraged to apply. An educational background and related experience in student information system and database management is highly preferred.
