Job Description:

The Technical Support Specialist plays a lead role interfacing with both existing customers and prospects that interact with our Inbound Customer Support team.  This person makes initial contact with customers that reach out via telephone or the web to request various forms of assistance.   This person must have a servant’s attitude in dealing with others and a heart to help people. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Inbound Customer calls
  2. Assist customers with utilization questions and resolve customer issues  
  3. Help customers in scheduling of workshops
  4. Identify the appropriate contact person to transfer calls
  5. Address the needs of those have left voice mails
  6. Greet and check-in visitors   

Organizational Relationship:  The Technical Support Specialist reports to the Director of Inbound Customer Success.   The Technical Support Specialist will interact extensively with employees within Customer Success and other functional areas across RightNow Media. 

Working Conditions:  This position requires 40 hours a week. Office hours will be set during the most effective callable hours of the day.

  9. Ability to effectively communicate between all teams at RightNow Media
  10. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
