RIESTER is seeking a skilled .NET Backend Developer with expertise in Umbraco and server management to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our web-based applications, ensuring their scalability, security, and reliability.



  • Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of our web-based applications using .NET technologies.

  • Work with the front-end development team to ensure seamless integration between the backend and frontend of the applications.

  • Develop and maintain custom modules and plugins for the Umbraco CMS.

  • Optimize the performance of the backend infrastructure, ensuring fast response times and minimal downtime.

  • Monitor and maintain the servers hosting our applications, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to identify and implement new features and enhancements to the applications.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with the backend infrastructure and provide timely resolutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of backend development and apply them to our applications.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a backend developer using .NET technologies.

  • Strong experience with Umbraco CMS and its various APIs.

  • Experience with server management and architecture, including configuring, monitoring, and securing Windows and Linux servers.

  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Microsoft Azure and AWS Experience
