SUMMARY:
The Seasonal Technical Operations (Rides) employee is responsible for creating the best frictionless experience for our guests. This includes roles as Virtual Reality ticketing / seating / exiting guests within the experience, Carousel assistance, ticketing for camel rides / sluice assistance. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Answers in Genesis attractions and serving others, enthusiastic, energetic, an excellent multi-tasker, and able and willing to fill or change positions quickly. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE (Serve, Equip, Relate, Value, Engage) when interfacing with both internal and external guests to assure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God-honoring fashion. The technical operations employee enhances the overall guest experience by relating and equipping guests in a unique, engaging way. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent service to all guests by providing a best-in-class experience by engaging directly with guests to assist with product inquiries and transact purchases in a quick and efficient manner.

Responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, tracking inventory, maintaining displays and cleanliness of the store, and re-stocking.
