HVAC-R Service Technician

Interior Climate Solutions (ICS) is a Texas based Commercial HVACR service company with technicians statewide and beyond. We specialize in demand service, preventive maintenance, installs, and IAQ/ Air Sanitization. ICS services all makes of HVAC and Refrigeration (i.e., package units, VRF, make up airs, walk in’s, ice machines, reach in’s, and prep tables).

Interior Climate Solutions is currently hiring HVACR Service Technicians in NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, AL, GA, TN, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, OH, PA, MD, and DE.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration, performance through observation, testing and setup.
• Ability to disassemble and reassemble commercial equipment to perform troubleshooting and
   preventative maintenance.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the
   equipment and/or mechanical system.
• Complete electronic documentation of service related tasks, materials, and labor hours.
• Be able to explain the service charges and work performed to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Maintain inventory stock on service vehicle.
• Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly timesheets for supervisor
   review.

• 3+ years Commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to interpret and follow construction plans and specifications for proper installation and
repair.
• Must have valid EPA Card and required state registrations.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Stable work history showing responsibility and professional growth.
• Ability to competently use a variety of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, hand and power
tools and equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors and the customer.
• Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle as evidenced by past driving performance
record and to adhere to all company safety requirements.
