Job Summary

We have an opening for a for a HR Administrator in our HR Department! The HR Administrator will assist the HR Team along with general employee relations and other administrative tasks to include answering employee inquiries, benefits administration, training, new employee onboarding, policy implementation, assisting with HR projects, and other duties as assigned. You will be part of an energetic culture where we thrive on teamwork, collaboration and innovative ideas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and maintains the HRIS system
  • Runs basic and standardized HR reports
  • Supports the payroll process
  • Administers pre-employment assessments to candidates
  • Responds to basic human resources questions and requests from employees
  • Acts as department receptionist by answering office telephone line and greeting visitors
  • Assists with new hire paperwork and onboarding/orientations initiatives
  • Maintains and communicates service awards, anniversaries, and companywide trainings
  • Tracks and documents information related to the Health & Wellness Team and associated events
  • Performs a variety of administrative support functions
  • Supports additional HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HR Admin role
  • Experience with HR Software a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
