Developmental Trainer - Getz

Hours: Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (35hrs)

Pay: $16/hr; PAID Training + Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff receive total of $2,250 and Part-Time staff receive total of $875 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the clients in the workshop
• Implement and record client progress and objectives
• Provide training in daily living tasks
• Ensure clients participate in the community
• Hands on assistance to clients with activities such as feeding and toileting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Preferred experience with behavior disorders and autism related issues.
