Video Content Creator [Remote, Contractor]

The Art of Education University is seeking exceptional educators to produce video content for its YouTube channel, which has about 10,000 subscribers. Video Content Creators submit written proposals and scripts, along with corresponding video content for a predetermined amount of episodes. Video Content Creators must have K-12 art experience, strong writing and communication skills, confident camera presence, technology proficiency, enthusiasm and knowledge of trends and best practices in art education, and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines. The Details | Video Content Creator |


Video Content Creators submit written proposals and scripts, along with corresponding video content for a predetermined amount of episodes, to be published on The Art of Education Universitys YouTube Channel. Video Content Creators create a predetermined number of Instagram Story to highlight their work. Video Content Creators provide timely and clear communication with the Media Content Manager.

Work Environment

The duties of this position are typical of those performed in a home office setting. The majority of tasks will be performed while sitting at a desk. Filming will require a professional, clean, and quiet background, such as a classroom or office.


  • Ability to lift a laptop and other filming equipment as necessary.


  • Ability to view computer screens for periods of time. Ability to use a laptop keyboard with accuracy.
  • Ability to hear at normal levels and through electronic devices such as laptops, earbuds, phones, and the like.


Video Content Creators earn a base stipend per episode once the commitment has been met (all filming is submitted and accepted and all Instagram stories are received).
