Job Description

The Childcare Coordinator position would oversee all Special Events Childcare events for Oaks Church. The coordinator would work on the Oaks Kids staff, managing a team of paid workers to provide care for children from newborn to 5th grad during non-traditional ministry hours.

  • Execute childcare for all Oaks Church Special Events Childcare events.
  • Manage a staff of paid workers, including onboarding/offboarding, training, and payroll.
  • Oversee a Chill Zone experience for Dream Team children ages 3-11 during the Sunday morning experience, as well as for all Family Services.
  • Step in to fill any open position needed during traditional and non-traditional ministry within Oaks Kids.
  • Develop relationships with children, parents, and Dream Team.
  • Assist the Oaks Kids ministry as needed.
