The Brand Manager will develop brand strategies, promote brand growth and expansion, and implement brand plans in the mass channel. This role will be instrumental in leveraging a variety of data, consumer insights, and compelling storytelling to drive volume and profitability for Asmodee.

Essential Functions

  • Set brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

  • Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, digital, in-store, and other marketing vehicles.

  • Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Studio Marketing and other cross functional teams to translate brand elements into go-to-market strategies

  • Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

  • Function as a storyteller, thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase our products and promote Asmodee as the company of choice

  • Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

  • Measure and report performance of all brand campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs, and make recommendations to optimize

  • Research and fully understand Asmodoee products and product lines in order to develop clear positioning for them in the mass channel.

  • Research product performance across retailers and make recommendations for optimization

  • Provide reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing consumer promotion programs.

  • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities

  • Conduct data pulls from market research partners, analyze trends within the board game category and provide omnichannel insights

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities

  • Communicate with the assigned Studios on a regular basis to develop creative assets for new items, marketing plans, sales initiatives and results. Prepare and present a quarterly report to Studios, including sales and major promotional activities.

  • Proven ability to develop brand strategies and communicate recommendations

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with different deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals

  • Experience working with and creating dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions




  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field

  • MBA Preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing

  • General brand management experience

  • POS syndicated data background preferred

  • Consumer research knowledge preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word
