The Role

The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Job Functions

  • Deliver exemplary guest service to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Adapt to guest needs ensuring they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Assist guests with any questions or needs
  • Scan barcodes on tickets upon guest entry
  • Gain knowledge of all venue maps, seating charts and venue policies to appropriately answer questions asked by guests
  • Assist guests with ticketing issues and finding seat locations
  • Work in an outdoor environment in a variety of weather situations
  • Assist with post-event cleanup
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 1 years in Customer Service and communications
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
