Two to three years' serving or supervisory experience in fine dining or an upscale restaurant.
Must be professional, articulate, friendly and punctual.
Must be considerate, patient and will to assist other employees.
Must be able to manage in a fast-paced environment.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, REGISTRATION
A Kentucky Horse Racing Commission license is required for all track workers.
A Fayette County food handler’s license is required for all food and beverage workers.
