Our Event Staff helps orient visitors when they arrive at the haunted house property. They work near our main entrance and queue lines throughout the event. They guide guests and groups by helping them find the appropriate line, answering event questions, scanning tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. At times, event staff will serve as ushers sending small groups into the haunted house at prescribed time intervals. Some event staff also assist with small onsite operations such as the Photo Opportunities and additional activities onsite.
