Responsible for prospecting and generating new group business through market research and email marketing campaigns. Receive all group inquiries and communicate with group leaders to coordinate and fulfill group events. Groups include company picnics, birthday parties, school groups, reunions, weddings, and receptions. This position is expected to strive for process efficiencies and to continuously improve our guest experience.



  • Group and Event Sales
    • Organize events with group leader by preparing agreements, receiving deposits and final payments.
    • Timely communication with group leaders via phone, email, and text up to the date of the event.
    • Enter event and group information into Siriusware Sales, Salesforce and event calendar.
    • Coordinate events with F&B Manager through weekly meetings. Pull pipelines for the weekly meetings.
    • Prepare for event with welcome posters and associated marketing materials.
    • On a weekly basis, prepare calendar, group sheets, wrist bands, meal vouchers and communicate this information to appropriate departments.
    • Welcome groups at the base with check-in and ensure they bring/sign waivers, receive correct wristbands and send them up the gondola.
    • Ensure a successful event with onsite presence when needed and follow up with guest for feedback via the group survey.
    • Set sales goals annually and measure sales for all events.
    • Run monthly reports in Salesforce measuring our success and finding opportunities to improve.
    • Schedule appointments with outside Hotel Group/Sales Managers to discuss how we can bring their groups into the park.
    • Maintain the group procedure document and keep current.
    • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
    • Support Sales & Marketing team when needed and complete other duties as they are assigned.

  • Outstanding customer service. 
  • Salesforce experience
  • 2-3 years previous Marketing and/or Sales experience.
