Description

Brand Ambassador acts as an extension of EVENTLINK team in market; responsible for increasing brand and promotion awareness, generate sales opportunities, increasing consumer consideration, and assisting event staff in reaching program/event specified goals.

 

Pre-Event/Activation: 

  • Arrive on time, in approved uniform, and check in accordingly for each event
  • Assist with event setup/tear-down 
  • Attend all required program training

 

On-Site: 

  • Generate consumer awareness of ongoing promotion
  • Assist in increasing consumer foot traffic into the display and support consumer engagement 
  • Provide a positive image of the brand, EVENTLINK, and its Clients
  • Adhere to program requirements/training processes including keeping a friendly and inviting demeanor, high energy, and open body language
  • Support other onsite activities such as driving consumers to speak with Product Specialists when applicable 
  • Drive lead generation efforts per program policies 
  • Manage the distribution of promotional materials according to program policies and training 

 

Post-Event/Activation: 

  • Assist with event tear down 
  • Report relevant metrics and consumer engagements to the Field Coordinator/Event Manager at the end of each event
  • Check-out and submit hours and individual time-sheets for payroll 
  • Assist in taking accurate inventory of program assets and materials as needed 

 

Ongoing:

  • Ensure proper knowledge of all ongoing promotional details and goals 
  • Vehicle Management spot checks and vehicle maintenance as needed; if applicable
  • Alerting EVENTLINK of any issues that could affect the health or success of event and/or program 
  • Additional duties may be assigned per market and per program/event basis 
     

Qualifications

  • Specify program/event requirements here
  • Must be local to market(s) listed 
  • Must be 18 years or older (21+ for adult beverage activations)
  • Previous promotional experience with lead generation element required
  • Exceptional people skills and a friendly demeanor 
  • Must have own form of reliable transportation 
  • Must have working cell phone and dedicated email with responses to EVENTLINK within 48 hours
  • Must be available for at least 80% of the activation dates
