Position Summary:
We are a small but mighty inhouse marketing design team looking for a talented Graphic Designer who
can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will work in direct collaboration with the Art Director and marketing team to develop engaging and successful campaigns and other marketing assets. This position will produce a variety of high-quality marketing pieces and graphics including but not limited to:

  • Flyers
  • Ads
  • Brochures
  • Catalogs
  • Invitations
  • Sales Sheets
  • Order forms
  • Event signage
  • Trade show layouts

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Interpret project objectives into visually engaging deliverables
  • Identify and solve for design issues as they arise
  • Design within company vision and brand guidelines
  • Provide design samples that follow input from the Art Director and stakeholders
  • Efficiently produce design and deliver assets following design and production best practices
  • Routinely create and contribute deliverables that meet overall campaign objectives in collaboration with the design team
  • Prepare collateral for final output following pre-press best practices
  • Prepare design templates, style guides, specs, etc.
  • Regularly analyze and review industry, competitor, and design trends to inform design
  • Own the quality, accuracy, and production costs of assigned projects
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Formal graphic design training with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 2-5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of layout design and techniques
    • Excellent typography skills with strong working knowledge of typesetting
    • Prficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator other design programs
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented work style
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with managing and interpreting data into project deliverables
  • Ability to work on under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail, organization,
    and quality assurance
  • Willingness to learn new applications
  • Ability to work in Sketchup is a plus


Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods of time; including at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.


Work Conditions: General office environment.
