Position Summary:
We are a small but mighty inhouse marketing design team looking for a creative Digital Marketing Designer who can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will work in direct collaboration with the Director of Marketing Technologies and marketing team to develop engaging and successful campaigns and other marketing assets.

As the Digital Marketing Designer, you will work with the marketing team to manage the user experience from a design perspective and tell the story of our company, products, and services through great design.

In this exciting new role you will:

  • Work with our marketing and development teams to design websites, landing pages, emails, and digital ad campaigns that engage, educate, and sell.
  • Ensure that all digital aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards for both desktop and mobile environments.
  • Work with developers and digital marketing team to execute proper implementation of new web page designs and emails and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
  • Adhere to brand style guidelines that ensure brand and style consistency across all digital customer touch points.
  • As needed, manage outsourced design work that maintains design standards and brand style guidelines staying on time and on budget.


To excel in this role, you must:

  • Understand the impact of UX/UI on marketing performance, including, but not limited to paid media, search rankings, website
  • Collaborate within a team atmosphere to present and/or create a larger design strategy, ensuring consistency and uniform branding across multi-unit, multi-layers of operations
  • Possess the ability to receive, process, and apply constructive criticism/feedback from peers and supervisors through the development and production process


Preferred Skills for Digital Marketing Designer:

  • Project Management experience with web, social, mobile and other digital properties/content
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ability to use these frameworks
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization and how it relates to website structure
  • Technical knowledge of best practices for web design and development
  • Ability to facilitate and QA website updates
  • Excels at incorporating best-in-class design principles (Color theory, space, shape, alignment etc.) to the web and mobile application concepts
  • Experience with responsive design techniques
  • Self-motivated and success driven
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer focus (internal and external)

Minimum Qualifications for Digital Marketing Designer:

  • Formal UX/UI training with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 2-5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of UX/UI design and techniques
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and wireframing skills
    • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and other design programs
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented work style
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with managing and interpreting data into project deliverables
  • Ability to work on under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail, organization,
    and quality assurance
  • Willingness to learn new applications


Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods of time; including at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
