Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and overall management of the firm’s BIM processes and structure for all in-house design disciplines
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and regulating department standards and procedures for workflow, document creation, upkeep, archiving, and graphic standards
- Provide management support and training for new software and programming
- Develop training for new hires and ongoing training for current staff
- Develop and maintain advanced BIM content and Revit families for architecture, MEP, and structural
- Develop and maintain Revit shared parameters library
- Assist project teams with initial model setup and ongoing troubleshooting
- Virtual Design and Construction
- Actively engage projects with 3D scanning reality capture workflow, manage and integrated pointcloud models for existing condition project modeling
