Health-Ade is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the Director of Creative & Content.

You possess a keen eye for compelling and innovative content, leveraging our multiple content sources to develop best in class storytelling across our owned channels. What you’ll do: 

  • Develop the brand's integrated social media strategy & oversee all day-to-day management and execution.  

  • Oversee social media agency partner, managing workflows and approvals. 

  • Manage current content platform, delivering UGC + IGC content to be used across owned and paid media channels. 

  • Work closely with broader marketing team to bring campaign initiatives, product launches and brand partnerships to life across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Identify and implement key optimization tactics across digital channels that support audience growth and ecommerce conversion strategies. 

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Growth & Retention Manager to orchestrate social with email, SMS and eComm initiatives. Provide recommendations and solutions, leveraging data and insights found in our Klaviyo & Attentive platforms.  

  • Create community building strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across all relevant social channels.  

  • Spearhead Social focused Partnerships + Giveaways, managing all execution. 

  • Conduct continuous platform/trend research to inform best practices across all social channels. 

  • Identify goals and success metrics. Measure, analyze and report on performance to senior leadership. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing successfully managing and growing a brand’s social and digital presence. 

  • An analytical approach to social media, balancing brand awareness + engagement with proven ROI and conversion KPIs. 

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to share data, insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise format, that connect to the overall company’s growth goals.  

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaign projects while meeting deadlines and objectives. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Is obsessed with keeping up with trends on all current and emerging social platforms. This person should also be able to quickly understand how to optimize the company's presence on emerging platforms. 

Not necessary but a nice to have: 

  • Prior experience working within CPG, particularly in DTC and eCommerce. 

  • Copywriting and content creation experience is a major plus! 

  • Prior knowledge of Klaviyo, Attentive, & Canva a plus.  

  • Experience working within the world of influencer marketing, offering recommendations on potential influencer partners, out-of-the-box partnership ideas and ideas for influencer generated content. 

  • Ability to develop a broad range of content types (video, still imagery) to be leveraged across social platforms.
