Are you passionate about curating a positive company culture? LifeShare Network has rebranded Human Resources into Employee Experience and is looking for a qualified leader to spearhead our initiatives.

The Manager of Employee Experience works closely with the LifeShare leadership to plan, develop, and execute Employee Experience initiatives that impact LifeShares efforts to increase donation for organ and tissue recovery. The Manager of Employee Experience collaborates with all departments and is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, the orientation phase, competency assessments, and ongoing education for all staff. The Manager of Employee Experience is the principal resource for development and education in the organization.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field or the equivalent of education, training, and experience.
  2. Two to three years of experience in a professional position in a health care education environment or a combination of experience and education providing equivalent knowledge preferred.
  3. Prior experience in a Lean quality system/environment preferred. Lean certifications/training a plus.
  4. Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, Windows environment (Word, Excel, and Outlook Intermediate skills) required.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
  6. Detail oriented, organized, excellent tracking/reporting skills, effective written and verbal communication. Strong administrative skills such as ability to organize projects and demonstrate follow-through with projects.
  7. Ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically, draw valid conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations to make appropriate employment decisions.
  8. Experience researching and delivering programs. Use initiative and resourcefulness in planning work assignments and in implementing program goals and processes.
  9. Ability to exercise independent decision-making and work independently.
