St. Catherine of Siena Parish, located in the welcoming Maple Leaf neighborhood of north Seattle, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced person to serve as Pastoral Assistant for Administration (PAA).  This position directs several administrative and operational functions for the parish, which include financial systems and reporting, human resources, facilities, and technology.  The PAA will work closely with the priest administrator and school administration to successfully manage the administrative and financial operations of the parish and school.  As a paired parish, the PAA will also collaborate with the PAA and other staff at St. Benedict Parish to coordinate shared interests and build relationships.

The successful candidate will be an active, practicing member of a Catholic faith community, have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, at least one year of experience in management and accounting, and a college degree in Business or equivalent in a related field.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks Online is a plus.
