Position Summary: 

The Product Coordinator collaborates with the Product team to develop products, strategies, and business plans for existing and upcoming products within the company. The Product Coordinator shares the responsibility with other members of the Product team in increasing the efficiency of product implementation and promotion. The Product Coordinator also watches the market trends to develop plans that will lead to successful product launches and that will impact sales. 



  • Research and compile reports on the state of the industry, trend forecasts, and competitive analysis.

  • Assist with the development of product portfolio & roadmap

  • Help create powerful product messaging that aligns with buying personas/journey, customer pain points and value propositions. 

  • Develop product collateral, including sales presentations and demos

  • Collaborate with other business units to track the performance of product collateral and make recommendations for improvements

  • Regularly conduct research product interviews with customers and prospects, and convert those research insights into actionable product items. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and the Product teams to create product content articles that contribute to the organization’s inbound marketing efforts. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to track the performance of product content pieces and their impact on lead generation. Bring that information back to the Product team so Product can collaborate with Marketing on improving the effectiveness of our product content articles. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with an ability to use data to inform decisions

  • Advanced writing and editing skills 

  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize product activities

  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow directions

  • Must be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Professional, cooperative, and positive attitude

  • Passion for and a strong understanding of the education industry and our mission

  • Product management and development knowledge preferred

  • Drive to learn, develop skills and grow as a professional and motivate others

  • Occasional travel to districts and schools may be required.
